SMC Catania

Catania cotton from Schachenmayr is  a very nice cotton yarn from Schachenmayr, very usefull for crochet or knitting, but also for Punch needle or weeving. The yarn is mercerised and doesn't spilt. This makes it the ideal yarn for crocheting or knitting, because you won't stick the needle into the yarn so easily. 

The yarn is used a lot to make clothes or to crochet amigurumi's. But you can also use it to make decorations like blankets or Cushion covers. 

A skein is is 50 gram and has a length of 125 meters. Use a 2,5 -3,5 hook or knitting needles. It's washable at 40 degrees and exists of 100% cotton. For 10 x 10 cm you make 26 stitches and 36 rows.
